In compliance with the aforementioned regulations, ALVAREZ EQUIPMENT & SOLUTIONS SA has the duty to have a channel that allows informants to communicate confidentially and securely those actions and infractions of which they are aware and that have been committed within the professional and work environment of the entity. The channel must not be used to falsely or deliberately accuse others. Nor may it be used to provide erroneous information.
